Scouting issue with converted leagues

None of the scouts have any projections (favor tools or skills) Is this a bad thing and will it affect my game? I haven't messed with any settings and i'm still getting the monthly and series scouting reports

Are you sure you used the import function from the main screen? Just copying the files over doesn't do the job properly...

Yes, i used the import from main screen
