How DO I replace??

How do I replace the SION backgroudns and logos form my game? I have replacement ones and put them into the main folder there I saw the SION ones (Program files) in the correct format but they still show up as SION in the game...

I assume you did your changes in one or both of these folders (I don't have OOTP 8 installed any more, but I don't think these locations have changed in OOTP 9):

\data\templates\images
\data\skins\ootp blue [or any other skin folder]\images

Sometimes what the game does, I believe, is take snapshots of images and insert them in yet another folder as you create a new league. Try looking in this folder for the same images and replacing them there if you find them:

\data\saved_games\[your game name].lg\news\html\images
