9.1.0 Fix/Feature List

9.1.0 contains both new features and fixes.

9.1.0 has the following features:

Added a Scouting Accuracy global setup option to allow people to globally influence the accuracy of scouts
Added a Development Report in the Team Reports section (in-game only, not HTML)
Added a new "Copy All Files" option to the Make Backup screen, to allow you to force OOTP do perform a full backup instead of an incremental one
Modified the Manager Home portal to include slightly different information
Added a download progress meter for Add-Ons Central
Sound improved
Split minor league promotions/demotions and signings/releasings on Manager Options page
Tweaked schedule editor to allow schedule editing after a season has ended
Made human-controlled teams display on the top of the list on the Scores & Schedules page (BZ 1405)

Position player fatigue reduced (players no longer tire as quickly)
Added "Change facial type" to Picture action menu for Personnel

I was wondering that too, but I imagine that, yes, he must have been referring to the .exe. The thing I'm wondering now, though, is: does the downloaded zip really need to be in the program directory? I doubt it, but maybe that's why he mentioned the zip before and we were supposed to have it in there before. I like to keep my install files in a separate folder elsewhere.

EDIT: The answer, as Steve has edited the instructions, is: no, you only need to put the new exe from the downloaded zip into that folder. It should have been obvious, I guess, but it seemed like he worded it oddly, but consistently, twice, which must have thrown me.

I d'loaded the full version for pc and it was 221mb.

Installed it.
Still at 9.1.0.
I guess 9.1.2 is not on the mirrors yet.

I must be stupid, but I DL'ed from the "Download from OOTP Developments" link, uninstalled and reinstalled, but still have version 9.1.0....

Weirder thing is, I have 25 players at each level (even the rookie leagues) for the A's - albeit most are fake players at the rookie level. I don't think that was the case when I patched to 9.1.0 before. Is something up with the versioning, or did I get the wrong file?
