Free Agency Question

Hi all,
I'm in an online league and have offers out to some FA. Were like 8 days in. At day 2 this one player said he favors my offer but still hasn't signed. Another few still are in pending mode. Why does it take so long for them to make up their minds and is this usual. In all cases I have met their demands.

Yes, 2 months behind but I'll add my own 2 cents here: I am running the 1994 "what if..." season.

I tried signing my (3) top guns to what I thought was a great deal, BUT, got (3) humorous "you gotta' be joking" emails.

Needless to say, I used the "Meet Demand" button.
