Missing minor league players
I downloaded cubbys rosters
I got the rosters in and I noticed the Mets 3- A Ball teams have no players at all. When I tried the demo all the rosters were full. Does the A ball teams get filled random before the regular season starts? Or they just not used in this roster set? |

Ghost players means the set doesn't have to be full for you to play and it will simulate replacement level players.
There are not players in there because the set currently is only comprised of people who were on a roster to begin 2008 or were drafted in the 2009 1st round of the draft. New draftees are not in there. Otherwise, if you want fake players in there, go to league setup, and have the computer auto-fill the rosters. I wanted to keep the rosters clear of any fake players, so that has not been done on the set. Last edited by CubbyFan23; 01-30-2009 at 02:03 PM. |

IMHO, you're better off with ghost players rather than creating a bunch of fictional players, at least in the short-run. Or am I missing the point of having 2008 players in the game; isn't it to recreate the 2008 season to see if you could manage the Mets any better? Creating fictional players may upset the status quo, no?
