Corrupt Database

I was 20 games into my first historic season ( I was not able to back up my league) I fished playing a game tried to save it and the game froze. I tried to restart it and got an error message regarding the Loading of the database failed It is either corrupt or a saved game from older version. Is this season gone? I did a lot of work. Pictures, stadiums, logo's roster moves......... etc. Help!!!!!

This has happened to me several times too. Never got a real answer on how to resolve it either.
