Making all team trainers have 20 ratings

I got this idea while in the shower a few minutes ago and it seemed interesting and i was wondering if anyone had ever tried it out. If all the team trainers for a given league were set to 20s/100s/whatever is a perfect rating for your league then what impact would that have on injuries? Is it possible that this may negate some of the talent hits players take upon getting injured etc and maybe the frequency and severity of the injuries themselves?

I'd be very interested in the results if you try this. My assumption was that trainers mostly governed the severity (length) of injuries, but I could see where that might impact talent hits. I'd be more surprised to find an effect on injury frequency.

Your idea sounds quite feasible. My guess though would be trainers only affect time to heal. Where is the setting that affects likelihood of talent changes? I forget, but figure that would be a factor in the talent hits of injuries. Just my guessing though.
