license question
bringing this here as well as technical support, maybe one of you have had this issue before ... i used my 2nd license for my work laptop so i can play around with the game and experiment during the day. last week i had to have it re-imaged due to some OS problems. now when i try to reinstall OOTP9 and apply license, it tells me i have no more licenses available. technically this is still my 2nd licensed computer, how do i get around this?

any idea on how long the eLicense people take to respond? got an autoresponse last night with ticket number but nothing else as of now
boring day at work and no OOTP to entertain me
