What do you set your scouting budget at?

I set it to the most I can afford. 4 million, 7 million, or what seems to be the max of 10 million in the league I'm playing. Not really sure it's worth that much money, but that's what I do. I also have a tendency to get the best and most expensive staff.

Anywhere from double the average up to the maximum. Like jmknpk2 said, whatever I can afford.
