Scouting Question
Our online league is turning on scouting. i was reading the online manual to bone up on scouting. Our league's "universe" has a high school and a college feeder league.
The way the manual reads, for the purpose of scouting in OOTP, i'm not sure if our NCAA and HS leagues are considered minor leagues (because they are a child league) or an ammy league (because players don't get pro time... although they do get major league time; a bug i hope is fixed in X).
