player names in fictional league

I have a fictional league set in Australia in 1876. The computer randomly generates names but it has an unfortunate knack of using Chinese names for a lot of players. Nothing wrong wth that, of course, but it is unrealistic for Australia in 1876. In a previous game I found a screen where I could change the name preferences for players, setting it to something like Australian names for the bulk of the players and traditional US names for the rest, but for the life of me I can't find that screen anymore. Can anyone tell me where it is?
