change market size

sorry if this has been asked before, but I just don't know how to change it.

I wanna create a fictional league but I can't see how I can change the market size. Would be nice if somebody could explain it to me, I've tried several things I've read here in the forum but nothing works and I have no idea what else I could do.

Edit: finally I found the "Edit Financials" button myself. I don't know why, but the first times I tried to create my league the button was definitly not there.
