Hidden Talent

I am unable to scout for hidden talent. I see in the game that there is a checkbox in the player and picture options to enable this, but it is grayed out. How do I enable it?

Noxordo, sorry that no one has responded to you. Most people have moved on to OOTP X (and soon OOTP 11), so there aren't alot of people here to help anymore.

I believe in OOTP 8, you have to have scouting enabled to search for hidden talent. Do you have scouting enabled?
