Player Ratings Resetting when they get too high?

Hey guys, in my OOTP there is something wrong going on. When a players rating gets to over 126, it will reset all the way back down to zero.

For example:
Player Report for #14 Wu-sheng Gou

Check out his OSA from 2001 when his stuff was at 102...then there was the dramatic drop because he kept developing.

Here's two more:
Player Report for #13 Eugnio 'Duke' Branca
Player Report for #6 Adam 'Big Donkey' Dunn

I already had fixed the pitcher for the GM and the player went through it again! All he has is a dash in his RHP stuff, lol.

So, I'm wondering, is there a fix for this? I didn't see it listed under any patches and didn't find it after a search.
