Market size, Fan loyalty
What is the primary factor that causes these to increase? Doesn't seem like winning makes much of an effect on this.

Market size may increase gradually over time. Fan loyalty may change, but not necessarily, and it will likely be very gradual as well. What can change significantly over short periods of time is Fan interest. If Fan loyalty is relatively low, Fan interest can take a relatively large jump upward if the team is doing really, really well. It can also drop into the cellar. If Fan loyalty is relatively high, Fan interest doesn't change as much. (There is a factor called Fan Interest Modifier that comes into play here, but that's another level of complexity).

I am in the 16th year of my solo fictional league. I started with a below average market size team. I have won 7 divisional titles and 4 championships in the last 9 years. I now have a rather big market size.

Another team has had a couple losing seasons but 3 division titles and 1 championship and theirs has increased to rather big and very good. He tends to sign a lot of big name free agents so Im thinking maybe having players with national popularity makes a difference. |

I have an issue. I use the same city in two paralel leagues. In the first league, the market is listed as average. In the other league it's listed as below average. In games that I've created, and since destroyed, certain cities that I tend to favor (i.e. Las Vegas, Portland, San Antonio) have seemingly random market size and/or fan loyalty ratings.
