Post Dead Ball Era

Does the dead ball era really tone down the hr? The leaders had like 4 to 6 hr at times back in that era. Has anyone tried the dead ball era setting and how would it effect someone who is rated brilliant in homers?

(very) Briefly, the # of HR's hit in your league will vary with the HR number in your League Setup. If you want fewer HR, leave the AB as is, and raise the HR number.

The better an hitter's HR number is, the better the chance he has to hit an HR--this doesn't change in any setup (except presumably in a setup where no HR's are hit )
