League Minimum Innings pitched changed?

Hi all,

I have a bunch of high school feeder leagues with 50 game schedules. Players in these leagues play a maximum (rarely) of 5 years. I have had this game since OOTP 11. With the last patch (I think) the minimum innings pitched for ERA career like stats (rate stats) in these leagues to count has been bumped up to an unreasonable 316 innings pitched from I think 200 innings pitched. So there is now no career record for things like ERA, BB/9, K/9 (blanks at thoose positions). Because a high school pitcher max will pitch ~300 innings, many only 200 innings

Anybody else have this happen? Is there a way to set it manually?

Thanks,
Steve

No way to set it manually that I'm aware of, but you bring up a good point as that would be a very nice option.
Unfortunately, I have no high sclool teams so I can't verify your prob., but for lowest minors, their's is only 60 min ip. for career and same for yearly. AAA is only 144 ip. For College, my ncaa is 64 ip which don't really make sense as it's a hair higher than short season A ball. I would think that H.S. would be even lower or absolutely no higher. Definately not 316 or even the 200 you think it was.
Al I can do is ask in our beta forum and see if I can get an answer.

Since I had no way of knowing what the H.S. minimums should be, I created a new MLB quick game and added the h.s. feeder. The minimums for innings pitched is 40 for both season and career so no point in me asking in beta really as that's the answer I'll get. However, if you think it might be a bug, post it in the bug report section or submit a support ticket. Sorry I can't help beyond that.

screen shots

Well it looks like then that my game may be corrupted and this is the first sign of it.

I attach screen shots of my first feeder league. It has been running from 2012-2035. In 2012, at the beginning I increased the season to 50 games. It has run flawlessly till a week ago. Notice that the multiplication factor for a career is now 6.25 seasons. This is now true for all my leagues in this game (I have 4 HS, 1 College, a full complement of historic minor leagues, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Japan). To play 6.25 seasons in most leagues is rare!

It has run flawlessly till now.

Should I submit a bug report?

Thanks,
Steve

Thanks for the screenshots Steve. That helps a lot. Not sure if that's a bug or not, but I'll see if Markus can take a look as it looks like the formula needs some adjusting and I have no clue how it works. It looks like it's not taking into consideration the max yrs. one would play in H.S.

I checked with Markus, and that's currently how it works. One formula applies to all leagues no matter what type. Nothing will be done right now, but it'll get looked at for 14.
Thanks for bringing this to light..
