Dead Ball Era Settings - Page 2

I made up teams and am drafting rookies each year... I gave myself a little head start and let my team (BOS) draft #1 overall... i figured, what the hey, you only get to do it once : )

My Boston Whalers rotation:
Christy Mathewson
Eddie Plank
Mordecai "3 Finger" Brown

I've got Jimmy Collins at 3B, Roger Breshanan catching and, my all time favorite dead baller, Nap Lajoie at 2B.... needless to say I made it to the World series in my first season ('03)... but lost in 6 to the Havana Mariners who came at me with Honus Wagner and others....

only problem I've had is an inordinate number of pitching injuries, 9 out of 10 of my injuries seem to come to my starters... never the less, I'm haveing fun : )
