And now, a little something from a guy who has WAY too much time on his hands...
![]() I started working on this a LONG time ago, back before OOTP5 was released. I just now got around to finishing it. This is my grandiose vision of how OOTP should look and what it should do. Hopefully, it will give you an idea of what certain popular (and not so popular) features might actually LOOK like in the game. I have altered images from the game to reflect my own idea of how it could look. (However, I acknowledge all images to be the copyrighted property of Markus Heinsohn.) Anyway... if you have an hour to spare, take a look... ![]() My OOTP Ideas Thanks. |

Move it to the suggestion and wish list page and a sticky?
Maybe Markus' projected OOTP6 features should be a sticky over there instead also.

Nit picking on the Options... there is no limit to the number of times a player can be promoted and demoted. Each player actually has a number of option years... a player who's out of options has been a pro long enough to have exhausted their option years.
Good list though. |

That's a fantastic job, congrats and I hope Markus looks at it.
I would love to see the idea of more Ownership option like Stadium Renovations, Expansion and selling TV and Radio contracts. Hopefully we shall see that soon

Thank you, my friend! Your interests so closely mimic mine that it is scary. I have gone so far as to write up a similar this-is-my-vision-of-perfect-OOTP article to post here, but your effort far surpasses mine.
Markus, when you review this, please know that this is pretty much everything I ever wanted, and if you build it--we will come. No double-entendre intended you smutty boys.

Thanks for all the positive feedback, everybody. Even though I enjoyed working on this, hearing your praise makes it all that much more gratifying.
Scott, thanks for pointing out my error. I made a few changes to correct it. And btw... yes, I would love to be invited to work with the OOTP team. If asked, I would definitely be willing to help out. Again, I appreciate all the comments and compliments. Keep 'em coming!
