I can see myself using the H2H stuff, but not until some of my friends get the game and they won't buy it right at the release date anyway. Short of that, I won't be doing anything H2H.

Now...I will totally respect the wishes of all the people who want you to wait and if that's what you decide to do you won't hear anything from me. But quite honestly, now that you've said this is a possibility you're going to have a TON of upset people if you don't go ahead and release it asap. With all the whining we've already seen with people complaining they've been "had" because they paid for a product they haven't received yet, imagine what they'll say if they know the product is done (in their eyes) but you won't release it.

I say let it fly and promise H2H by May 1.

I have to give Markus a ton of credit. He is trying to please everyone. I have yet to see any company support their product like these guys do.

I'm just worried that H2H will be put off much longer if it's not included in the release. Lets not forget we'll have people complaining about features that may or may not need patching.

Do we put off H2H for patches as well? This is why I voted "NO"

Otherwise I can wait a few weeks for H2H whether or not the game is released.

i say give us the game!!!! if the h2h feature can be incorporated within a couple weeks in the 1st patch, why not just release it now!?!

There's absolutly no gurantee that the game will be out right this moment, today, or even within the next few days. We just have to wait and see what Markus says, if he posts an updated plan now that the poll has pretty much been decided.

Yeah, not needed by me. Would be nice eventually, but not a big deal if it means I can have the game by Monday!

I want the head to head feature in it. It is the only reason I bought OOTP6. If it isn't in it the first release, I feel it will never make it in there because new bugs might pop up that need fixing and before long he will be working on OOTP7. I really think he needs to wait till he gets the game complete.

I haven't preordered it yet, planning on it but I feel the same way as him. I hope it makes it into the first release, even if it is postponed, because I'm going to play the game either way. But would really like it to be in the first release so if there are problems early, they can be fixed early.

I believe that Markus would not let us down and definitley incorporate the H2H feature ASAP and still give us all a treat in releasing the game early.

I bet if markus said, hey guys I can release the game without the 40 man rosters and add it later you guys would still want it now. I say wait for it to be done.

Imagine if Markus would have said before OOTP5. Hey guys I can release the game without manager mode and add it later. Manager Mode was a big add in, and now so is Head-2-Head. It really needs to make it in the first release. 1) Because people like statfreak have been waiting years for it. 2) Some people buy games when they are released just to try it out and they never come back for the patches. What if Head to Head was something they were looking for and they never knew it was coming. I say Markus needs to wait, stop listening to the crying bitches and get the game out when it is complete and not a day sooner.
