Historical Simming

I'm much more interested in the historical part of the game. I'd like to play where rookies are drafted into the league at a rookie league level. Whenever I import a year, it seems that almost all the top prospects are already big league caliber players.

Right now, as in the past, what I do is play with fictional players, kind of like a parallel universe. I don't mind this too bad, as it is more interesting to me to see players develop than see real players from the past.

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to import players from a database so that they start out at an A or AA level?
