initial draft question

I am attempting to create a historical sim using the lahman database which begins with a draft. Why am I getting tons of fictional players available for drafting?

In the old version this was really simple. Now I am getting fictional players drafted in the 1st round alongside real life players? What do I need to do to fix this and only have real players available for the initial draft?

I would set all your Fictional Player creation modifiers to .001 in the League setup/equivelency screen. This will generate nothing but scrubs who will never play in the Majors, or even get drafted. I would also recommend you use the Arod\Garlon Database found in the mods section.....it fixes some issue that Lahman causes like unearthly Stolen Base numbers in the Deadball years....

I'm guessing you've created at least one minors level? The game will generate enough players to populate all teams, and an historical import doesn't include enough players to populate even AAA, let alone more minors levels. Lahman includes slightly more players than Arod/Garlon, but neither has enough to use a full minors system without fictional players.
