Historical League Questions

I playing a historical league starting from 1901 and was wondering what information do you all look for to change for accuracy? I'm up to 1903 and Have been updating the team names, stadiums, games per season ect. Any other good fun areas to look out for to change? Any good sites with information of what should be changed per year.
