How do I get to automatically import ?

I am using Lehman 53 and have my rules set to automatically import historical rookies. I turned off the draft. I am about to start season 2 and see no new rookies anywhere. What must I do to make certain that these are imported? I have the path set to the Lehman folder, but I also do not see any file in that folder that hints at rookies.

Can anyone help this near-beginner get the beginners into the league?
