Quick Question

Hello there,

I'm new to OOTP, this is the first time I've bought the game and I'm very impressed, so far.

I'm doing a historical simulation beginning in 1920, and I was wondering - will the computer change the league structure for me according to the year or am I supposed to manually do that myself?

And if I'm supposed to do it myself, can anyone give me a good website to go to that can show me exactly what the league structure was season by season?
