Bug : Transaction Screen

Is there a reason the transaction screen in blank in game? I've noticed this with all three versions of the game so far.

Commish mode, not the owner of a team and when I go to Transaction News / News it's blank, it doesn't show any transactions (promotions, demotions, trades) like I would expect it to.
