Edit Ballpark

so I have started to edit my ballparks and I have noticed that the place holders do not line up in the game in the same spot that they do in the editor. It also appears that the in-game picture is about 75% of the screen, but the edit picture is only about 25%, but the place holders are the same size - which I think is the cause of the problem.

Just for clarification - this is what the stadium looks like in-game

I have brought this up in the beta patch test forum. I would sure love to have drag and drop.

drag and drop would be fantastic, but I would settle for coordinates that worked.

plus I just noticed - why did this get moved to a SUGGESTION???

This isn't a suggestion it is a bug.

In the editor you enter XY coordinates and in the game they don't show up in that spot - this not a request for a new feature - this is a bug!

I don't understand why no one else is concerned about this problem - we have hundreds of stadiums out there and right now the only way to get them lined up correctly is to guess the coordinates, play a game, take some notes and then "guess" again - this is WAY worse then in previous versions and the competition and makes stadium editing tedious as hell.

You may ask yourself, why is he getting so bent out of shape on this, well because I see all these posts about "just post it in tech support and we will look at it" - I first posted this problem the first week of release and haven't got as much as a "piss off, we don't care about that" much less some actual acknowledgement of the problem!!!

Since the ballpark image gets adjusted to the screen resolution in fullscreen mode, the x/y coordinates need to get adjusted, which is what happening here. No fix is possible, so I suggest playing in windowed mode.

Markus - I am a HUGE fan and supporter - but this is a very big disappointment. It essentially means one of 2 things either:

1. manually trial and error in full screen each and every ballpark
2. play in window mode, which of course means the advancement of full screen isn't really an advancement.

Now I know nothing about programming, but I do know that other programs have moved to drag and drop coordinates AND they work in full screen or windowed mode. I hope you would consider upgrading this in future versions - x/y coordinates especially ones that don't work are an outdated concept.

at the very least I would hope you would be able to add import/export ballpark feature again. considering how much trial and error is going to be needed to get the ballparks correct it would be nice to be able to do it once and not have to re-do it for each ballpark in every new league.
