Improvements to Team Strategy/Player Strategy

There are a couple of changes that could be made that would reduce tedium associated with the 'Team Strategy/Player Strategy' page. These are small needs compared to most of things that have needed to be addressed, but they would be nice to see:

1. When you drag a player to the bottom to adjust his settings, there is a drop-down box that offers two options: a) Adjust to Team Strategy Settings; and b) Override Team Strategy Settings. My first question is why is this there? Why would anyone be adjusting these settings unless they wanted to override the team settings? Perhaps I don't understand the options being offered here -- if not, please explain.

Also, why is the default set to a)? It seems like the default should be set to b). I played a number of seasons before noticing this drop-down, so all of the adjustments I'd previously made appear to have been for naught. Finally, if there is going to be such a drop-down, could there be an option added to make the choice universal to all players on the roster, so that we don't have to make the choice player by player?

2. Would it be possible to add a 'view' option that would allow us to show 'Sacrifice Bunt' and 'Bunt for Hit' abilities? If we had that, we could create a view that would allow us to make all of the adjustment to player settings that are available on the Team Strategy/Player Strategy page, without being required to open each individual player's screen.

I apologize for the delay in responding. After taking a look at this I can see why the issue w/ #1 and will post appropriately about this. No apparent need for "a" option.
I'll look into #2 as well as it should be an option even if only in the customize view.
