Crash problem with v1.02 build 12260

After I add a new manager and click OK, the game crashes. This has happened twice to me.

I should add I was using Cubby's v0[1].5 roster.

I saw somewhere that there is a crash issue with Cubbyfan's roster set and that if I deleted Bud Selig before creating a new manager it wouldn't crash.

I tried this, but it still crashed!

Deleting the human_managers.dat file seems to have fixed the problem for me.
