Option Years when erasing service time of players

I'm not sure if this is actually a 'bug' or just the way it was implemented, but when you erase the service time of all players, it leaves option years at whatever they were.

Assumably when one uses the feature they are also wanting all players to have full options. (Or perhaps it's just me...)

I guess you'd want option years to reset as if none were used. Obviously this should work this way. Logged as TT# 2340.
