AI "Bug" that NEEDS to be fixed

Folks, this isn't an issue of whether or not it DOES or if it CAN happen in real life. The point is, and I think everyone will agree, that it's a RARE occasion. The OP states that it happens on a REGULAR basis, hence the call for a fix.

Agreed.

Can anyone dig up a game log where this happened, along with perhaps the player report/ratings of the player who was walked? It would help Markus very much in tracking down the issue, and it would help me present a strong case for this getting fixed...

I'd agree that it does seem to happen a little to frequently in the game, but I think that one of the major factors in that is the drop off of manager talent after the game is created. I noticed a lot more of these bad moves seem to happen in later seasons or with teams not lucky enough to have a manager that is above a 5 on the 1 to 10 scale. As the original top managers retire the manager pool begings to head south and more and more of these questionable moves seems to happen. It would be an interseting study to see if that is what is happening, I only have a feeling that this is part of the problem from the solo game I play.
