Laughable AI

Since the thread I was posting bad AI in was closed, here is a beauty - and now I'm putting this game down to see if it's patched:

No scouts 1-10 rating

18 year old Kelly Davis is selected in the second round of the draft - age 18 in 2015.

He wins the AAA player of the month award for April 2016 - he has ratings of 5 contact - 3 power and 7 eye - talents matching at age 19.

He's rated a 9 at SS, with 9 speed and 9 stealing. He gets called up to the majors in May and goes 1-8. Then on May 18th - he's waived. WAIVED. 19 years old with great speed and defense.... and he's waived - with all 3 options left. This team has players on it's 40 man roster who are horrific.

So of course he gets claimed, plugged into a major league lineup - and hits 300, wins 3 rookie of the month awards, ROY and the gold glove at SS.

No wonder you can sleepwalk through this game and win 105+ games without even having 3 pitchers who are higher then 5 for endurance.

I've seen this kind of behavior by the AI as well. It's frustrating, that's for sure.

The issue has been brought up before as an AI issue embraced within context of other associated problems. This time, I've taken the issue of waivers alone and assigned it a TT for review by Markus, hopefully soon. Thanks for taking the time to bring it to the forefront again.
