Pinch hit/run error

THis is one of the default leagues with the latest patch. In this particular game P. Baltasar (Catcher) was injured in the second inning. J. Lowe ran for him. Baltasar was never removed from the game and Lowe continued to be listed as a PR and batting in the catcher's spot. There was another catcher on the team.

I think this has been reported. Sorry if I'm duplicating that problem.

I just noticed this using 1.03 (didnt notice it in old version). Joe Jones playing SS. Al Smith pinch hits for him in the 8th inning. Going into the 9th inning Joe Jones is still playing SS in the field, although it still lists Al Smith as PH in the lineup. Ive seen this half a dozen times already after playing about 10 games. Used traditional lineups.

This has definitely been present in the earlier versions as well.

This issue has been logged as TT # 63. Markus will work on this for the first release of OOTPB 2007.
