3040 - Scout reasisgnment minor issues

Hey there,

I am sorry if this was already posted. If you have a scout assigned to a task like scouting Cuba... then you reassign him to the minors as their head scout (which I do all the time since the good scouts wont sign with the minors) - the task next to the head scout in the minors still says they are scouting Cuba.

Not sure if they really are, but the game says they are.

If you're transferring them from the personnel menu, but not giving them a new task or canceling their old, then they are going to keep doing what you told them to do.

The news of their new position probably doesn't reach them in Cuba. You have to tell them to come home.

Thanks very much skywalkr. I logged this as TT 3040. We'll see what Markus has to say, but here's what I asked him:

Markus, do you think this should happen? Should they continue on their current task? Or when you reassign a scout who has a task, should they get an option box like this? "You've chosen to reassign Bob Smith to AAA Tuscon. Bob is currently scouting Cuba. Would you like him to continue with that task? Yes/No"
