3062 - Possible problem with Nation Editor
In the nation editor, the lower part of the window where you set name set usage, the drop-down menu only has 17 choices instead of the 40 I would have expected. For countries that don't use one of the 17 sets listed, it seems to default to "English".
For example, India by default uses 100% Indian set, set 27. If you look at India in the nation editor, it shows "English" for 100%. Indian is not one of the choices in the drop down menu. For a country like Belgium, which uses 60% Dutch and 40% French, it looks OK because Dutch and French are 2 of the 17 in the menu.
Also, I would expect that the drop-down menu to be based on the name sets specified in the ethnicities.txt files, but they are static; they don't change even if you edit the ethinicities.txt file, and they have names like "English" and "Scandanavian" that don't match set names, even in the orginal file.
