3022 - Almanac Issue

This is an issue from 2006 that's carried over. If you move a team from one league to the next, its "active dates" (For the team) revert to whatever year that league was started, rather than, the years that team is active in that new league.

So for instance, I moved a team from a league started in 1948. The league it moved into started in 1901. It says the team's active dates (in the new league almanac) are 1901-current year.

That's not accurate. But in the old league, it has its active dates correct up until the last season in that league.

Not a pressing issue, but something that ought to be fixed in a patch or maybe next year.
