3031 - Lineup changes
The computer is changing my lineup and making roster changes, but I am the GM of the team. Checked under manager options and everything is set for me to make lineup, transactions and so on... is there another setting I'm not seeing?

try this, go to the team home page -> options & ballparks and select Prevent any AI roster changes
Let us know if it works for you. Thx.

well, that is a problem. What is the error? What kind of rosters are you using (i.e. did you create a new fictional, dl them from a mod site or are you doing a historical with a 3rd party db)?

they are very buggy. I would advise against using them. A new roster set with real players is expected to be posted on Sunday.

Even though I'm in commissioner mode, control every aspect of my team, and manage all my own games, the game will change my pre-game lineup seemingly for no apparent reason. On my depth charts, I have it so players are only substituted in the lineup if the starter is tired, and in some cases I have it set so that the backup is never supposed to start. The 7-day lineups are blank.
The computer will replace my regulars when they're not tired, and just now the computer inserted a player as DH, even though he is one of the ones who is never supposed to start. This is quite annoying and it creates extra work for me because I have to undo all of the computer's changes before I play a game. I'm assuming this is a bug and not a feature. |

Well, I learned something new. You need to be in commish mode to see that option. Go to manager -> options, select commish mode then go back and prevent AI changes.
