Rookie League hordes talent

I have "Minor League Transactions" and "Minor League Lineups/Depth/Pitching" designated for Minor League Managers. I believe ghost players are off. When all leagues are designated as no roster limit, short season A league and up are unaffected. If I place a limit on the Rookie League, the AI compensates by promoting players up in the system.

There's two ways this could be fixed. 1) Improve the AI. 2) Integrate some sort of mass selection function, or the ability to release all players on a screen (such as after filtering for batting/pitching potential)

A mass selection function is a good idea, applies to more problems, and is probably easier to implement than improving the minor league development AI.

(Not that I'm piggybacking or anything.)

If you don't want teams to horde talent, then you really need to put roster limits on each affiliate level. However, I have logged the mass selection request as TT 3635.

This has been marked as something to consider for the next full release of the game.
