game overrides tendencies and league total modifiers
This may be WAD, but I thought I'd bring it up just in case...the following is with fictional leagues and no era settings of any kind.
In Create Game, when adding a minor league to a league, the minor league will initially copy the Strategic Tendencies and the League Total Modifiers from its parent, but I'm free to modify them afterwards. However, when I actually start the game, the minor leagues will receive the parent's settings again, overriding my customizations.
Additionally, even if I customize the settings again after the game is created, the minors' Strategic Tendencies will be reset to the parent's settings on each pre-season. (The League Total Modifiers aren't affected.)
IMHO, the first issue shouldn't be happening at all, because it's pretty silly to allow for settings modifications if the game will just ignore them. As for the latter issue, I presume there's a design decision behind it, but it does make it rather difficult to e.g. have more pitchers get work in the minor leagues (via 6-man rotations etc.), or to run feeder leagues differently than affiliated minors, and so on.
