Owner not approving deals

My "owner" suddenly stopped approving any contracts, even though I have sufficient funding.

For example, I'm offering a 1-year contract of $440,000 to a free agent, and I am being told:
"You have $23,331,938 left for player contracts this season. Your owner does NOT approve this deal!"

This occurs with major league contract extensions as well, even when well within reason.

Did I set some kind of flag wrong? This has never occurred duing my 20-year sim.

This issue was logged as TT 3711 and was actually just claimed fixed for the next patch today.

Possible finance bug: Fictional AI owner refusing legit contract offer
