Crashing after making third league

I was making a custom world. I created the MLB and it's minors and then i created a japanese league, then i went to make a college league and it crashed. The same thing happened when i went to make a canadian league. It gets to the 0% on making logos and then it gives me a windows error message saying it has to close unexpectedly.

It is a logged issue.

Adding Historical League leads to game crashes

Please see above, as there is a way to get around it and create 3rd league.
Do not know if it works for you, but it worked for me.
