Actual Ratings Off (Talent Only) - Pit. Endurance and Personality Ratings
When the game is set to Talent Only (as in my online league), pitcher Endurance, Hold Runners, and the personality ratings (Loyalty, Greed, Work Ethic, Intelligence, etc.) are hidden. We think these should be included with "Other" ratings and not the main ratings hidden by turning off actual ratings. Please correct this so that these ratings appear when playing a talent-only league.
TIA. |

I echo this idea, but would prefer a different implementation.
First, I think the 'Show and Use Player Personality ratings' should actually do what it says, i.e. 'show' the player personality ratings when it is on. If it is on, but Overall ratings are not displayed, one can't see any Personality ratings, and these should be controlled separately. I certainly would like to be able to display Personality ratings and nothing else. Second, I actually like the way 'Other ratings' works at the moment; when on, it mostly displays ratings one can measure with a stopwatch or radar gun (Velocity and running Speed, along with a few other things). So I think everyone would be happy if we could control how 'Other Batting Ratings' and 'Other Pitching Ratings' were displayed, independently. That way, I can see Speed without also seeing Endurance (which I don't want to see), and Qwerty can also play with Potentials only, and see Endurance and Hold Runners as well. |

not having the ratings show for their abilities is pure genius. much more like running a team. the Great Unknowns are terrific. BUT... one of my very few complaints is not being able to see player personality traits. you could argue that no one can see these IRL either, so why show them? well, in dealings with players, you get a sense of what is important to them. this added personality is hidden from us. we can't 'see' that darin erstad is a guy who is very loyal and loves to win, yet we truly can see this IRL. so, pretty please - with a cherry on top - get this done. |

I do know that if you turn off potential ratings instead of actual ratings, which defeats your purpose i'm afraid, the game will still show the personality ratings. That's not much of glimmer of hope i know.
Unfortunately it still won't be possible as of the latest build to turn off talents without also turning off personality ratings. |

I want to bump this to keep it on the collective frontal lobe.
We still aren't able to play our online league like we used to be able to. In particular, pitcher endurance ratings and hold runners need to return. It's silly to think that by the time a pitcher reaches the professional levels of baseball, that scouts don't have ANY idea about how deep into a game he can pitch. |
