If you're using CubbyFan's roster set, it's probably a FaceGen issue (several Mac users have had crashes when the pics try to update). Go to Game Setup --> Player and Picture Options, and change the 'Generate and Update' option to 'On Jan 1st' instead of 'Always if needed'. Does that help?

This has affected several Mac users (I've seen it mentioned at least five times, and there may well be many other users who haven't posted here because they found the solution in an existing thread), and I don't know if it has been logged. The CubbyFan roster set was created on a PC, and has a very small number of FaceGen pics included (Daniel Bard and Gaby Hernandez, for two). When opened on a PC, it seems to cause no problems, but for many (perhaps all, I don't know) Mac users, when the FaceGen pics try to update, the game crashes; this will happen if I navigate to Bard's player profile on the first gameday after opening the league (haven't tried Hernandez). Setting the updates to Jan 1 only prevents the crash as long as I sim forward past Jan 1 before navigating to Bard's profile.

I don't know what precisely FaceGen does when it updates pics, so I can't diagnose further; I'm guessing the updates happen because a new uniform is required?

I know that Tech Support cannot provide support for third party mods, but I'd imagine this points to a game issue that has yet to be resolved, and that could crop up in other situations.

This has been marked as something that will be addressed in the next full release of the game.
