can't retain transaction logs

Hello -

I'm running OOTP8 on XP

When I select "keep all" in the global game setup for transaction logs they still erase at the end of the playoffs and I only get from the end of the playoffs in October through December when my almanac kicks in (in terms of the transactions logs that are retained/saved). This happened while creating historical leagues although I haven't tried other types yet on OOTP8. I tried several different starting years, made sure "keep all" was selected each time the first day the game began, and the same thing happened. Is there something else I'm missing? Thanks.

I know we had a holiday so wanted to give this a one-week bump.

This seems to be a valid bug. I even tried changing the setting to "Last 10 years" and it doesn't work. The game doesn't seem to acknowledge this setting at all.

I'll try to get this issue logged.
