I too am having this problem, as are others described in this thread:
Crash on pitcher injury Supposedly this was fixed in an earlier patch, and I guess less people are running into the problem now, but apparently adamosity and I are at least still seeing it. I'm using the latest patch for OOTP 2007 and he's using OOTP 8. My league is also a historical Lahman import (no custom roster), 1970 Orioles, and I'm running on XP. I hope more people who are running into this bug will post so we can try to find the thing in common that is causing the issue. For example, maybe it's only affecting historic leagues - something to do with how the pitchers are getting imported from Lahman? Has anyone running a fictional league had this problem when subbing in-game for an injured pitcher? |
