Turks and Caicos Islands

Version OOTP 8 v8.0.0.13

Turks and Caicos Islands is missing from nations.txt

Cockburn Harbor and Cockburn Town are listed in cities.txt as belonging to Cyprus (#50). They should belong to the missing Turks and Caicos Islands. Their region/state field is even correct for Caicos and Turk.

I didn't see any other cities listed for Turks and Caicos Islands after doing a quick search for city names listed on a map I found.

I have checked my cities.txt and nations.txt and can verify that this is the case on my clean 8.0.0.13 install.

Has been logged as BZ #286 (if someone could now move this to the correct forum)

Can someone with an earlier version check to see if it's been there in v8, or even 2007.
