Crash when promoting scout

This is for an online league. When trying to promote a Head Scout from a minor league team to an opening at the Major League level I get a game crash.

This is w/ the latest game version and until this point is the only problem I've encountered as far as crashing is concerned.

The long and short of it is that you can swap coaches (or scouts) to different positions, but you can't move one to an open position without the game crashing.
