Player Evaluation AI

Has it been reported that the player evaluation based on ratings/stats always uses 100% ratings regardless of the settings? I am wanting to run a solo league where players are evaluated based on their statistics, but it always uses ratings only.

This is easy to check in that when you change the percentages in league setup, the overall player ratings change like they should (thus affecting things like contract extensions). Unfortunately, once you simulate one day, the player ratings revert to 100% ratings again, even though it still shows my percentages in setup. If you go back in to setup and press enter on one of the fields, it works again, but only for a single day.

I have the most recent version of OOTP 2007, but did not purchase the last patch. I would be willing purchase the patch if this bug has been fixed, but I did not see it on the list of things done for OOTP 8. Does anybody know if this is fixed in OOTP 8? If not, I would like to see it done properly in the next version.

No, this is not fixed for OOTP8, though it has been logged as a bug and should hopefully be addressed for the next release.
