BZ 1446: Add On Central Downloads

I'm finding that when downloading the same addon in the add on central screen, i get varying sizes of files. I'm trying to download the "All In One" file from Padrefan's site. It's supposed to be ~35 MB. The first try it downloaded 2.5 MB. So I deleted the file and tried again. This time I got 400k of data. So I deleted the file again. On the 3rd download attempt it got the right file size.

It could be a broken download due to a lot of people probably downloading it at the same time.
Did the files work ok for you?

I wouldn't doubt its because of load. I had this same issue when downloading the install.

Did you get an error message like "Time out"?

No error messages and once it downloaded the proper file size, it worked fine. But, when it downloaded the first attempt and only got 2.5 MB it "installed" it fine, but all I got was the ballcaps that were in the 2.5 MB.

And yes, I suppose it could have been because of load, but the game shouldn't act like it completed the download 100% if it just gave up due to load or an error or whatever.
