BZ 1436: League Creation - Minor League Affiliations Bug

When creating a new league, and attempting to set the major-league affiliate for a minor-league team, the selection menu to choose a major-league affiliate is sorted in reverse alphabetical order.

UPDATE: Also, when you're scrolled down to selecting an affiliation for, say, the 24th team in the league, the page resets to being scrolled all the way back up once the selection is made. Makes assigning affiliations for five levels of minors with 24 teams each very, very tedious.
